Lance Thom is a VP at McGriff Insurance, a subsidiary of Truist Bank, and the fourth largest insurance broker in the country. He helps lead the corporate insurance Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Vertical for McGriff in Fairfax, VA. Lance meets with hundreds of middle market Government Contractors a year, and will help in recruiting the most talented presenters, mentors, and membership base for CFO Rising.

Eric Junker is the Chief Financial Officer at IT Concepts, a trusted global technology services company driven to deliver end-to-end solutions for the private and government sector. Eric provides executive oversight of all ITC finance and accounting requirements. He has over 25 years of experience in the federal contracting marketplace managing financial teams in all sizes and types of companies, from private to public. He has a broad network of financial and executive leaders across the industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
